These terms cover your use of the BrewedOps Motion Library at brewedops.cloud/motionlibrary, run by Kenneth Villar under the name BrewedOps, from Quezon City, Philippines. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use it.
01What this site is
A free library of live web animations and app screens. Each card has a prompt and the code to copy. There are no accounts and nothing to buy.
02Using the site
You may browse, copy and share the site. You agree not to:
- use it for anything unlawful,
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the server behind it,
- pretend to be BrewedOps or suggest we endorse you when we do not.
03The code and prompts
The animations, app screens, prompts and code are free to use under the Free license, including in commercial work. The site's own design and the BrewedOps name and logo belong to BrewedOps.
04Tips
The Buy a coffee button is optional. A tip is a gift: it unlocks nothing, and nothing is locked without it. Tips are paid through GCash or your bank app, so BrewedOps never sees your card or bank login. If you sent a tip by mistake, email brewedops@gmail.com.
05No guarantees
The site and everything on it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may change or go offline at any time. Examples are general information, not professional advice.
06Links to other sites
The site links to Facebook, LinkedIn, GitHub and other sites, and copied code loads files from jsDelivr and Google Fonts. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
07Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, BrewedOps is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost data, profit or business, that comes from using or not being able to use this site or the code on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
08Privacy
The Privacy policy explains what data a visit creates and your rights over it.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of the Philippines have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
10Changes and contact
