Privacy policy

Last updated October 15, 2026

The BrewedOps Motion Library is run by Kenneth Villar under the name BrewedOps, from Quezon City, Philippines. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms, no cookies, no ad trackers and no analytics. This policy explains the little data a visit does create, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA.

01What a visit collects

Browsing the library does not ask you for anything. The only data created is technical:

  • Server logs. Our web server records your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, the referring page and the time. We use these only to keep the site running and to spot abuse.
  • Emails you send us. If you write to brewedops@gmail.com, we receive your email address, name and whatever you include, and use it only to reply.

02Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no cookies. If you switch between light and dark, your choice is saved in your browser's localStorage (one item, ml-theme) so the page opens the same way next time. It holds no personal data and never leaves your browser.

Search runs entirely in your browser. The Copy buttons write to your clipboard only when you press them; the site never reads your clipboard. To decide how much to animate and preload, the page checks your device's processor count, memory and connection type in the browser. None of this is sent anywhere.

03Third parties

We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. A visit touches these outside services:

  • Hostinger hosts the server the site runs on, so our server logs sit on their infrastructure.
  • Google Fonts serves the font inside a card's full-size preview. When you open a preview, Google receives your IP address and browser details. See Google's privacy policy.
  • Code you copy loads fonts from Google Fonts and, for 3D and GSAP cards, libraries from jsDelivr when you run it in your own project.
  • GCash and banks. A tip is paid in your GCash or bank app under their privacy policies. We see only what GCash shows any recipient.
  • Links out. Links to Facebook, LinkedIn and GitHub open those sites, and their own privacy policies apply.

04How long we keep it

  • Server logs are rotated daily and deleted after 14 days.
  • Emails are kept for as long as we are in touch, and deleted on request.

05Why we are allowed to process it

We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website for server logs, and on your request when you email us. We make no automated decisions about you.

06Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy of it,
  • correct it, or delete or block it,
  • stop processing it, or withdraw consent you gave.

EU and UK visitors can also complain to their local data protection authority. California residents have the rights to know, delete and correct, and will never be treated differently for using them; we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. Philippine residents can file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.

Email brewedops@gmail.com to make a request. We answer within 30 days, free of charge, and may ask you to confirm your identity first.

07International visitors

BrewedOps operates from the Philippines, and the services above may process data in other countries. By using the site you understand your data may be handled there, with the safeguards those providers put in place.

08Children

This site is for designers and developers and is not aimed at children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it.

09Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we update it here and change the date at the top. Questions? Email brewedops@gmail.com. You can also read the Terms of use and the Free license.
